You need to remove the magnetic surface to mount the glass platform. The magnetic part is held with glue, so it's a bit difficult to remove, but these clips are much better than binding clips. by simply turning in place. Turns out my magnetic surface was actually glued to the screw heads so my screws just floated free when removed. While fiddling with bed alignment, you can do all four of the following at once: tighter springs, nylon nuts, double glazing, these clips.
