a good way to use lithium batteries in old tools.
I found that the battery should NOT be left in the adapter as the USB port constantly drains the battery. There is no way to turn off the connector and so the adapter is a disadvantage as the battery has to be removed from the tool after use. The device looks well formed with no sharp edges.
