No problems lowering with a jack Read my review

The jack is good, when turning outlet 2 we don't lower the car to the end, literally a few millimeters the more you turn, the faster it goes down, and squeeze the handle and push the second car inwards on the way down. It won't fall to the ground that easily, Jack has wheels.

Pros
