Review on 🔀 Upgraded Broan 433 Automatic Shutter for Enhanced 353 and 35316 Gable Mount Attic Ventilator with Smart S.E.O Features by Jamal Webb

I purchased this roller shutter with a Broan 353 Gable Mount fan for garage installation. The temperature in my garage was over 100 degrees after my wife and I got home that afternoon - two hot engines radiating heat into the garage. And my neighbor has an attic fan in his garage that he highly recommends. So installing the fan and shutters was pretty easy, aside from having to cut through the 1 inch thick plaster. The clasp is very good, except as stated by some other reviews - it doesn't fully auto-close right away. It took a breeze to close them completely. So I glued a few inches of washers into each of the blinds as other reviews suggested and it works pretty well. Aside from having to manipulate them to close them completely, I really like this clasp. Also, my neighbor recommended I use Loctite Construction Adhesive instead of screws/nails as I was concerned about applying plaster. Loctite worked great! I also used it to frame the shutters with mahogany which I painted white. I like the look of the shutter and would recommend it.
