Review on 🖨️ Replacement Accessories for CHPOWER Extruder 3D Printers by Alexander Scharon

I bought this new head because I had disassembled my other one to set it up and after printing with it for a while I decided to go back to stock to start over as it will be my first foray into 3D Poetry was so I didn't really know what I was doing. For spring cleaning I disassembled and reassembled my printer (CR10S), aligned, cleaned and tightened everything. I installed a new hot end build and it worked fine for a few prints and I've started noticing burn marks on my products. So I started looking at it and noticed that the PLA filament was leaking at the top of the heater block meaning they weren't well assembled. On the one hand I had to disassemble and reassemble it as I know it and on the other hand I didn't have to disassemble it. It should come as it should. And I'm deducting half a star for that. While I was disassembling it to clean and reassemble it, the grub screw holding the heating element pulled out of the heater block, rendering it unusable unless I retightened it and used a different size peg. So I threw away the heater block and reused the original heater block that came with the printer. Since the set screw has loosened, I subtract half a star. 4 stars for this set. It works great now, just wish it was assembled correctly and the set screw hadn't come loose. Over time I'll be adapting my hotend back to my needs, but for now I can't complain. I am currently spending about 11 hours on a 22 hour print and it goes well with several other high end multi hour prints. Thank you CHPOWER, quite a quality product. I was also pleasantly surprised that it comes with an additional 5 0.4mm nozzles. I absolutely needed her.
