I like that it allows me to create tickets with multiple people in one go, as well as assign them tasks for follow up or resolution at later dates if needed.
The software is also very easy to use once you get used to how everything works! There are some minor bugs here and there but nothing major so far - just something small we have had to work around occasionally when using our mobile devices (iPad). We love being able to track all requests/tickets right away without having to wait days until an email comes back. Also really good about letting us know whether they've been resolved by their own end or not.
