Great tool especially useful during busy times

I like that it allows me to create tickets with multiple people in one go, as well as assign them tasks for follow up or resolution at later dates if needed. The software is also very easy to use once you get used to how everything works! There are some minor bugs here and there but nothing major so far - just something small we have had to work around occasionally when using our mobile devices (iPad). We love being able to track all requests/tickets right away without having to wait days…

  • Tracking system where issues can be tracked along each client from beginning till completion.
  • Great customer service!! Extremely helpful staff who always respond quickly whenever questions arise through phone calls

A great tool which makes work easier

The best thing about it is that you don't need any prior experience in this field, as everything comes with an easy interface. You will learn new things every day if you are willing enough for learning something different than what your previous knowledge was. I personally like how simple yet effective the UI looks. It's not user friendly at all or too complicated so no complaints here. If you have basic computer skills then you should go ahead because there isn't much difficult part involved…
