The best thing about it is that you don't need any prior experience in this field, as everything comes with an easy interface. You will learn new things every day if you are willing enough for learning something different than what your previous knowledge was. I personally like how simple yet effective the UI looks. It's not user friendly at all or too complicated so no complaints here. If you have basic computer skills then you should go ahead because there isn't much difficult part involved once you get used to using these tools. There aren't many other problems but minor issues regarding bugs etc., nothing major though. We use itam mainly to track our service requests and also keep records of them along with their progress status. This way we know exactly when someone has responded to us after receiving our request. Also its very helpful while placing orders online where one doesn't want to wait till they receive confirmation emails.
