I used to have a Linksys EA4500/N900 along with a Belkin N450DB to cover my entire home with 5GHz WiFi, but I recently upgraded my internet speed to 100Mbps, so I had to upgrade to a better router instead of my Belkin as it didn't have gigabit input or output which of course limited internet speed as well as LAN speed to it. I chose the Linksys AC1600 based on the many good reviews I read previously and the good signal and AC speed. I use it together with EA4500 and my house is fully covered with 5GHz WiFi. I'm also using 2x Linksys WUMC710 wireless media bridge to connect my desktop and PS4 to the new router. The WUMC710 also runs on AC power, so I can enjoy maximum speed anywhere in my house, even on my desktop, without running Ethernet cables.
