I love these glasses! I recently made my own sourdough and these jars are PERFECT for anything tossing, feeding, mixing etc. Sourdough sourdough starter. I love the wide opening that makes it easy to scrape the sides/keep the glass clean. Baby is good too! I need a loose lid to hold the starter jar and this lid that just sits on top without a seal works great! They are also available in a set of two. It's great to transfer my start to a new jar when things get too messy.
