This lovely little MCU is perfect for anyone trying to improve their Arduino projects. The only problem is that you have to buy a pack of cheap level switches (I recommend 10pcs 4ch toggle switches) to convert all 5V signals to the 3V signals that XIAO needs. XIAO is beautiful, tiny, fast and has much more memory for long programs compared to Arduino Uno or Nano. The incredibly high clock speed makes stepper motor control much better. We really like these, buy 3 packs because you will find so many other uses. .USB-C is another bonus. Soldering contacts is very easy. (If you want to use them - another benefit is soldering right on the wires for small applications) Enjoy!
