Product Description indicated "Instructions is not included". A 2 page "Installation Manual" was included in the package. It was not for the product supplied. The manual was for a product that had the ends of the crossbars attached at the factory. The ends of the crossbars were separate in the package and had to be bolted to the crossbars by the user. The manual indicated that there were 8 bolts supplied. In fact there were 16 bolts and 16 washers supplied. The bolts were two different lengths and no indications where the shorter or longer bolts were to be used. One can only surmise that each bolt required one washer.
