Sunlite/Kenda AlphaBite is the standard tire for big box and older 3x6 MTBs. Just make sure you understand that the designation is 1.75 or 1, 95 represents an arc from tread to tread, not tire width from sidewall to sidewall Your frame and fork should be able to accept protruding treads at the corners of the cross section The tire rolls hard and feels grippy - a must for sand and grass, although most 24" kids' bikes end up on the pavement. The tires have black sidewalls with KENDA letters embossed. This can be filled with colors if you want to spice up your bike.
