The lock was beautifully packaged with detailed instructions. The instructions were a bit difficult to understand, but after a while everything became clear. For assembly I used the supplied templates, a drill and a screwdriver. Installation took about 30 minutes and worked immediately. It also came with a hub, which also worked right out of the box, but I still had to call support because it wouldn't unlock remotely. I called support and left a message. Melody returned to me. She helped me with about five different questions I had. She also explained other functions to me that I wasn't aware of. Overall the lock looks good and works well. Support (melody) was excellent. I am happy with this purchase. However, I have only used the lock for one day so far. After some time of use I will come back and update this review.
