Easy to use, practical. I did, however, grab a tube of latex caulk in a color I don't use often. It has been sealed with this product for several weeks. When I squeezed out the first piece of sealant, a gray streak went through. WIRE CORRECTED! The wire must be made of corrosion-resistant metal. Most of these types of weatherstripping cost more than they should. I bought some 1/4" x 6", 5" and 4" screws for 70 cents each, less than $1.17 each, which is equivalent to a coat hanger with a small plastic cover. Pull studs keep the sealant soft for a long time, much longer than these. Optionally, you can purchase galvanized screws. If these wires cost half as much I still wouldn't use them.
