The ease of using this program to run reports at multiple locations was my favourite thing about it! I did not have any problems getting used too so no dislike from me here either (knock). It would be great if there were more options for filtering search results which can make finding what you need easier when working in large quantities such as sites/projects etc.. Overall very satisfied indeed but nothing really came across negatively except possibly its slightly high price point compared other similar products out their currently available now - however maybe thats just because i'm an old man!! Having said all those things though; we love every single aspect our users experience whilst engaging within CCWO platform including reporting features &amp knowledge base content access via tablet devices are two examples where everything has been first rate since day 1 launch date. Everything I have used in my career has been great until this one! The program is not intuitive at all for field workers to enter information and it's very slow as well. If you're looking into this product make sure that you are willing to put some extra time into training staff before using. We were able to get our permit out faster than we thought possible just because of how easy it was to log in and add new items instead of going back and forth between paper forms and computer applications.
