Easy-to use Inspection Tracking Software

I like the fact that it is a one stop shop to track permits, inspections, and reporting. It's also very customizable so you can pull reports from any state or region in the country. You can't have too many tabs open at once but you can customize which tabs you want to see by clicking through menus. The system can be a little buggy but they are constantly updating. My main issue with this software is that I cannot print reports. They don't provide an electronic report option only paper copy.…

Great program if you are looking to speed up your workflow without too much work involved

The ease of using this system to access files is very easy to learn for new users as well as seasoned veterans in our department. It has helped us speed up the process of getting permits issued. The application can be used offline so we are able to continue working while waiting for approval from the city/county office. We have been able to get more done in less time than before because all the information needed is right at our fingertips. I do not like how it sometimes freezes when you try…

CCWO has been a great success for our agency and staff!

The ease of using this program to run reports at multiple locations was my favourite thing about it! I did not have any problems getting used too so no dislike from me here either (knock). It would be great if there were more options for filtering search results which can make finding what you need easier when working in large quantities such as sites/projects etc.. Overall very satisfied indeed but nothing really came across negatively except possibly its slightly high price point compared…
