The ease of using this system to access files is very easy to learn for new users as well as seasoned veterans in our department. It has helped us speed up the process of getting permits issued. The application can be used offline so we are able to continue working while waiting for approval from the city/county office. We have been able to get more done in less time than before because all the information needed is right at our fingertips. I do not like how it sometimes freezes when you try to print out documents but once everything comes back online its fine again. This program helps me see what needs to be completed along with my supervisor.
