Great water effect on cakes
I was so nervous to try it but it was great to use.
Iโll probably buy other styles but my client was very pleased with her cake and I loved making it! The back is great to use as a regular smoother. Depending on your buttercream you may have to run warm water on them before smoothing but it works!
Pros
- I like how the grooves were big which allowed me to make fewer stripes
Cons
- The patterned edge may not come out clearly on certain cake textures
