Review on Smirly Cheese Board Knife Set by Eddie Rivas

These boards are not only beautiful but also very functional. Recently I brought in a charcuterie board with cheese, meat and crackers. I filled the provided cups with the olive mixture and another with small prepared red peppers. I had lots of fruit on the extra boards and another one with sliced vegetables and gravy. The included cheese knives, appetizer forks and picks were great for helping people serve themselves. I got a lot of compliments for the nice spread and presentation. The only problem is that the board is very heavy (10+ pounds empty). The husband carried the board.
