Review on 💧 Waterproof Electrical Connector Plug - ZYTC 10 Kits 1 Pin Way, 2.5mm Series Terminals by Jodi Tisdale

I have used these connectors on aftermarket fog lights that I have installed. I hate hard wiring harnesses so I made a wiring harness specifically for the lighting using these connectors. I was satisfied with the design of the connectors. They appear to be waterproof, but since the car these connectors are installed in never sees rain, I cannot confirm their ability to repel water outside of a car wash, which they do. The cable shielding is a little softer than automaker harnesses and tends to heat up and burn more easily when soldered, leading me to believe that the shielding will fail more quickly over time. I'm not saying they'll break completely in a year, but expecting a little over 10 years of heavy use would be an overstatement. All in all this is a good product. I feel like I got a good product for the money.
