There is no IR switch in the camera

This camera is kinda weird. I would not recommend that. Each of the two IR lights has a sensor that turns the IR light on or off depending on the ambient light. The camera doesn't have an "IR filter" though, so daytime images look awful. Photo, camera on (left) without IR filter (bottom left corner of camera right).

Pros

Compatible with all series, suitable for Raspberry Pi 4, Pi 3 B+ with 100cm FFC camera cable and suitable with 30cm FPC cable for Pi Zero, also can work with your 3D Printers work to monitor print progress
