Review on 🍳 Utheer Cast Iron Griddle: Versatile Reversible Griddle for Gas Grill, Stove Top, Oven, and Campfire - 16.75'' x 9.5'' by Jeff Strutz

I bought this pan to replace a smaller cast iron pan - I needed something bigger and also liked the idea of a double sided pan - one side is flat the other has ridges. This pan fits. The overall size is 20 x 10 inches, the hobs are slightly smaller. Three large steaks or six large hamburgers easily fit on each side. The ribs leave nice grill marks on the food and the flat side has a groove of fat. There are no instructions included with the pan, which is a concern as cast iron skillets and pans usually need to be seasoned rather than washed with soap. The absence of these instructions is an oversight that creates confusion. I forgot to pre-season this pan but the burgers didn't stick, possibly due to the fat content. I really like this pan, especially at its current price of just over $40. The thing looks high quality, bakes evenly and works well. I would have given 4.5 stars due to the lack of instructions, but without that option I'll round up to 5.
