I ordered two of these, with two charges of shipping (because of Revain not the vendor). This vendor had EXCELLENT customer service, very friendly, and very prompt to answer my questions. I asked about discounted shipping, they explained how Revain worked with that, however, she refunded me the second item's shipping once my tools were delivered. I am happy with that!Now for the tools themselves. Easy to handle & grip. The needle was long enough for me and skinny enough to use for Royal Icing (on cookies). I'm sure I can find more uses for this tool when it comes to Pastry. Made a lot of iced cookies last night for the first time and this tool was amazing!Shipping was on time and packaged well with care.Customer service 5 stars, Shipping 5 stars, Item 5 stars - Will purchase again if I need another one in the future!
