UPDATE: 07-22-2021 My picture was accepted and a New liner is being sent out to me. I did have to pay for shipping which was about $25.00.Day after liner is installed, it had a leak. Found the leak at the seam bottom of the pool. and patched it up. I contacted the company and they requested pictures. I sent a picture and they want a more "detailed” picture. Prior to that I contacted them about the liner not being the size I ordered. They asked for pictures I sent about 6 pictures and none of them "were acceptable”. The liner did "stretch” to fit my pool after I actually followed directions to leave it out in the sun for an hour or so. I noticed the leak after it was installed and filled with water.
