I like that it allows me to write my own content for my messages, as well as creating templates if needed. The customer service is also great, they are always willing to answer any questions or make suggestions. Sometimes you want something different than what's offered but there isn't much you can do about it without contacting them directly. Our biggest issue has been with our account manager. He doesn't really care about us having success in driving sales, he cares more about keeping his job. We have started using stanlp because we couldn't afford traditional marketing costs anymore. It has provided us with the ability to reach people who need our product/service.
