I contacted them and they replaced them after 2 days. I am still being warned that I must return the original order as it was replaced on a return. The employee I spoke to said it was listed as an undelivered item. Let's see if I get double charged. The bit set is great value and they appear to be of high quality. Security bits are a good choice if you come across tamper evident screws while attempting to repair or upgrade outdoor electronics. That's what I used them for and they worked great.
