Lightweight cooling items help me stay active in the heat.

I have MS. I used to run trails and compete. I've always been active. I got worse. Heat and humidity are triggers for me. i have to be cool It looked like it hydrated me; A cool hat and cool sleeves get me back on course. I eat healthy and take supplements.
