Installation tips for the best shock absorbers
WOW what a pain in the ass until my stepfather made me an offer. And I felt stupid afterwards. What I did was jack up the truck by the pivot and then put jack stands under the front leaf spring mount. Then remove the old worn shock absorber, attach the top of the spring shock absorber. Then lower the jack under the pegs, then slightly raise and level the bracket. Repeat on the other side of course, using a good jack and making sure both rear tires are off.
