Product worked great after I got a decent micro USB to USB A cable. Bought a set of 3" Revain cables for $7 and it worked. Windows 10 on a DELL XPS computer. I followed the instructions on the Acrobatic website for programming with the Arduino IDE. After downloading the Silicon Labs UART to Serial driver and restarting the computer, connect the board with the micro USB cable I used on the portable drive. There is no sound when connecting and the COM port is not displayed. Downloaded outdated hardware in device manager but didn't help. With the new micro USB cable, I heard a connection noise when I plugged the board into a USB port on my computer. Followed the acrobotic guide which helped me set up the baud rate, CR+NL, board software etc. I downloaded and uploaded the Wifiscan sketch (note: my computer said the connection was via COM4 and not via "Tools β Serial Port β your serial port (in our case /dev/cu.SLAB_USBtoUART) which is shown so far I didn't notice "yourserialport" above and kept looking for something called SLAB_USBto UART Downloading the program via IDE was successful and with the serial port open (set to 115200) I started to see the device searching for WiFi and showing network names and signal strengths When I first tried to get it working I asked a question about Windows 10. Acrobotic responded quickly and asked me to start a dialogue via email, but I got one the same day made new cable and all is fine now looking forward to playing with that boar Mr Dave H
