I was trying to restore a badly rusted metal roof trailer. I researched various products and decided on this product based on the reviews and instructional videos. I followed the directions and removed all of the rust down to the shiny metal. I applied the primer as instructed and the metal immediately rusted again. Both primer and coating are water based. After contacting support I was asked to lightly sand the primer and apply a top coat of EDPM. Three coats later, drying in the sun between coats as prescribed, rust spots appeared on the roof within 24 hours. I also tried using seam tape. I will write a separate review for that.
