Wow, I was looking for a good price but also a good PRICE. No matter how low the cost, the most expensive thing you can buy is something you will NOT or CANNOT use. I bought this to punch 1" round holes in double sided adhesive paper for bottle cap type jewelry components. It's a thin layer of water soluble glue with a paper backing on each side. I got about 4 good hits, then the punch became more difficult to use (harder to punch sheets accurately) broke and now it just sits stiffly raising and lowering the lever manually does no good as the lever mechanism is completely broken the third is not a repair of the puncher i still haven't thrown it in the trash because i hate that i just throw my money away i don't care it was only 6 bucks and some loose change not cheap at all i'm still very upset that i... Spent so much money on this USELESS thing, basically I paid about $1 for each of the 4 good parts I broke and the 2 I knew about that they break when they start to fail. Now it's 100% broken and will never break anything again. SO! SO! SO! diabolical I now resort to cutting 1 inch circles with scissors with my free hand as I doubt I'll ever bet on a punch again after that experience.
