Received this faucet, installed it and in less than 2 months it started failing, ripped screws, leaking seals, replaced with a Delta Peerless faucet and problem solved. You don't get spare parts and the thing, although it looks very nice, turned out to be junk inside. At the same time expensive scrap. I couldn't return it because it took long enough to get out of the return window. That's about all these Chinese clones are going to last. I have two more in another bathroom of the same style (different company), I need to switch to Delta fixtures now.
