Should have used a flushing filter
This reusable filter is the best and we should have switched to something like this a long time ago. The amount of money you save will be ridiculous when you add it up. The filter is very dense in its construction and easy to clean. Every month when I take it out for a flush I make sure this filter is working great due to the amount of debris present during the flush. The best thing you can do yourself is to switch from disposable filters to the likes of Filti.
