Those who write that the pillow is hard and it is impossible to sleep are simply not used to sleeping on pillows that really hold their shape, and do not sag to the very feather bed. The pillow should be firm enough to keep the head in line with the spine, and not be so soft that you sleep all night with the vertebrae clamped in the neck. Try to let your body get out of the habit of sleeping crooked.
