Very cheap cable. difficult to strip with a wire stripper. Wire 16 g: quite thin, similar to copper or copper alloy, brittle, wire strippers are required for 16.14 g. isolation is ok In general, a cheap wire may turn out. but I would recommend paying more and getting better.
