I've sparked interest in the circular fisheye for 8mm Russian stock photos that I used on a full frame Nikon DSLR. even got a great photo out of it (round fisheye for artistic photos gives you things you don't get any other way, but it doesn't give you *very often*, at least not for me). I suppose it's more for people who do VR 360 photos and stuff like that, but that's not my interest, I don't think it makes sense at all. It's actually WIDE ANGLE as 8mm on my 35mm, 210 degrees they say rather than 180. This means that simple tripod setup is nearly impossible (unless you aim hard upwards, at least one of the legs is visible) and Your own legs may also show up. Physically it's very small, which means I can have it with me for such unexpected occasions (and fisheye photos never cease to amaze me). I have surprisingly few issues with flare (since light sources are almost inevitable in the frame for something this wide!). I think all fisheyes are suitable for this, because Peleng didn't have any problems either.
