Handrail Do's and Don'ts

Muzata has some great products, but you really need to learn what works best. So here's my project and advice: a tall fence in my backyard that will separate my orchard and raised beds from the pool and patio without interfering with line of sight. I went with 3/16 inch stainless steel braided cable and visible tensioners. for CC cables and fittings NEED: Purchase a Muzata CT01 cutter (yellow handle) - a clean cut on the cable is absolutely essential. TO DO: Make a template for drilling the required holes. DO: Buy the right length drill bits to get through, e.g. B. 4x4 Wood Joists DO: Make sure your wood posts are securely fastened to withstand the extra stress the posts will be subjected to; The added stress of those cords broke one of mine (I fixed it by inserting some 6" screws and securing it to a nearby wooden fence). This will distort your cable. DON'T: Get frustrated trying to turn those pinch screws: Muzata doesn't sell a dedicated wrench, and you may have to resort to a needle-tipped vise to turn them.
