The most helpful feature is the ability to have multiple users access it from the same computer or mobile device. I like that it allows me to do payroll for my employees without having to talk to someone at my office all day long. It takes a lot of time to get your payroll done, so sometimes you have to wait quite a while before you can enter your information. I wish there was more flexibility regarding the number of hours worked in a given pay period. Having to use the website in order to input time worked has been very frustrating. Additionally, because I am doing this through the internet, it takes me far too much time than necessary. Sometimes it just takes forever to post an entry. There are many other features that could be added to help make the process of posting payroll easier, however I can't say they were not already available when we first started using inStaff. My.
