I had to redo my wire mesh at the bottom of the deer fence as the previous wire mesh was rotten and rusty. The wire mesh is to prevent my small dogs and rodents from getting under the deer fence. After speaking to my installed deer fence they charged 1500 to redo the wire. So I bought these tools and some wire mesh and made it myself for less than half the price. The tool worked very well and basically connected the wire mesh to the deer fence. The only problem I had was that it wouldn't grip the brace properly about every 6 or 7 times it's been used. No problem as most of the tools for this are very expensive. Easy to use and saved me a lot and I can use it for many more repairs in the future.
