Some expensive scratches were fixed with ease.

Bought a new very expensive front loading washer and dryer from B**TB*Y. Her couriers scratched the sooty plastic door on the dryer as they carried it inside. They gave me the option to withdraw $250 for the scratches or wait for a new one. Since I didn't have to wait 2 weeks anymore, we charged $250. A plastics manufacturer in town told me they use it to polish their projects before delivery. I thought it was worth $20 to try. It took 15 minutes and a little effort. Now the door is like new!
