🧼 Revitalize and Restore 8 Ounce NOVUS 7100 Plastic Polish Kit Review

My son sandblasted his eyeglass lenses at Aircraft Maintenance School and I got this thing hoping it would help. MY GOD! You look brand new! It took about 4 times to make it but wow! The thing works!

This kit, along with wet/dry sandpaper (600, 1500 and 2000 grit), a buffer wheel attachment for a variable speed drill and a few days of unlocked power reserve Acrylic aquarium in like new condition ! The key step for #2 is to let it dry like clay after buffing and buffing. I went back to 1500 and 2000 grit sandpaper to reapply #3 and remove more scratches before sweating over the rest with #2 and magic erasers. No. 1 is cleaned and polished with the cloths provided.

I bought this kit to upgrade an acrylic tank I bought on Craigslist. It's worth noting that any scratch deep enough to be felt with a fingernail should first be sanded down with 1500-2000 grit sandpaper. I tried Heavy Scratch Remover #3 and Fine Scratch Remover #2. I have used this product in the past to polish all sorts of hard scratches on a plexiglass windshield on the inside of the flight sims I work on but never thought of it Not using it on my badly fogged 15 year old car headlight lens until I read a previous excellent review posted with step by step instructions and photos.
