I've always said I'll never be the "guy" to scold a product. Well, I'll be that guy. I ordered two of these for my 2002 Chevy 2500 truck with the 8.1 liter engine. If the dampers held up, I'd be happy. You sound amazing. Even if the quality is bad. That's probably to be expected from a $30 muffler. One of the two I ordered failed completely. Looks like he was hit in the side by a torpedo. Thinking it might just be a coincidence I ordered a third one to replace the bad one. Well, after working for a few days, the second failed. I'm done with them. If you need a good muffler to put on your car to take your mom to a car show then these might be the way to go. But if you want to use a lot of horsepower against them, then you better stay away.
