I bought the MedMassager about 8 months ago, but all these months I've had severe back pain from a herniated disc, which is why I just have to lie down. Just last month I started using MedMassager once a week, today when I tried to use my record it worked to the max of the device and without even lasting 5 seconds it broke. It's in the box all the time and just last month I've been using it once a week Does it break if you turn on the max? I am extremely disappointed. see pictures, it is still brand new, even the box
