I received the collar as promised, everything came without damage. I've been using this for two weeks and it absolutely works and has a good range. I have a Chesapeake Retriever who loves chasing cars and jumping in the river when it's time to get in. He can be a very stubborn dog when he's up to something and I only had to electrocute him twice. We live by a river and it swims every day. The device is definitely waterproof, just make sure the plug is in the charging port. Water got into a receiver because the connector was not fully inserted. I let it dry for 24 hours and it still works fine. The customer service is second to none. I lost the remote and emailed the company at 10:30pm. I got a reply within a few hours and they sent me a replacement remote as they don't currently sell replacement remotes. I definitely recommend this company to everyone!
