In general, the collars and remote control work well. But after a month one of the collars stopped working. It charged and turned on, but didn't respond to the remote - no shock, no vibration, no sound, no light. However, the other collar continued to work, so I know it's not a remote control malfunction. Could easily give 5 stars if product isn't labeled as 'waterproof'. The documentation that came with it clearly states that it cannot be submerged in water and as I have a pool this is an issue for me. Another downside is the learning option 4, which is an LED backlight. Maybe I don't understand the easy training method.
