Review on Kanex USB-C Hub with Gigabit Ethernet, USB Ports & Power Delivery: K181-1290 by Kevin Williams

I bought this for an iPad Pro as sometimes I need to use a wired connection to troubleshoot network issues. Pass-through charging works for the official iPad charger, but _doesn't work_ when I plug it into my computer/docking USB port (I assume it's negligible, but it means I have access to a outlet/charger to use it). Matches well with Space Gray iPad/iMac. It's a little thicker than I expected; about twice as thick as Apple's USB-C to HDMI adapter (yes, I know HDMI is physically thinner than Ethernet, but I've seen laptop manufacturers work around this problem before). Additional rear USB ports are good; I did not expect this. I suppose I could put a mouse and keyboard on this thing right now if I ever had to. for $15 it's a good buy.
