But looks good. Best Networking Products

It looks great and has all the features I need. BUT there are a few issues: 1. The power throughput to my MBP is up to 50W (compared to 90W with the official Apple dongle)2. The network does not start when I open the lid of my MBP. I have to disconnect and reconnect the dongle every time I open the computer again to start the network.

Pros
  • Electronics
Cons
  • Can't remember

Ethernet failed after 2 weeks

I needed a compact ethernet adapter with charging capability for my Chromebook and it seemed perfect - it was a low price and great quality. However, after 2 weeks the Ethernet went down - it worked for a few minutes, but the encrypted pages were corrupted 1/4 times, and then it stopped working at all. Although the USB ports and charging still worked. If you just want a USB hub for charging then this is probably fine for you, but if you plan on using the ethernet port long-term, buy something…

Pros
  • Networking products
Cons
  • Big and bulky

Works well with iPad Pro

I bought this for an iPad Pro as sometimes I need to use a wired connection to troubleshoot network issues. Pass-through charging works for the official iPad charger, but _doesn't work_ when I plug it into my computer/docking USB port (I assume it's negligible, but it means I have access to a outlet/charger to use it). Matches well with Space Gray iPad/iMac. It's a little thicker than I expected; about twice as thick as Apple's USB-C to HDMI adapter (yes, I know HDMI is physically thinner than…

Pros
  • Easy setup
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

But looks good. good for computers and accessories

Looks good and has all the features I need. BUT there are a few issues: 1. The power throughput to my MBP is up to 50W (compared to 90W with the official Apple dongle)2. The network does not start when I open the lid of my MBP. I have to disconnect and reconnect the dongle every time I open the computer again to start the network.

Pros
  • Not only useful for its intended purpose
Cons
  • There are flaws
