I bought this for a 19 Indian Roadmaster. First you need to drill the mounting holes. They probably had the right diameter, but were too small due to the chrome plating. For the Roadmaster, it doesn't fit right out of the plastic. The reflector above the plate mount interferes with the tag frame. Some cut the top off a bit to make it fit, but if you can get a few inch and a quarter screws you can add a couple of washers between the frame and label at the top holes and the reflector won't be a problem. I like the looks.
