They worked great on my 2016 2500HD SLT Duramax Diesel

They worked great on my 2016 2500HD SLT Duramax Diesel. The instructions are not clear. It took my dad and I a while because we didn't have a lift and I didn't watch the video before we started. I strongly recommend watching the video. After that it made sense. I removed the spare tire, folded back the heat shield (curved when I was done) on the passenger side. On the driver's side, we had to remove a cover in the wheel arch to access the bolts behind the fuel tank on that side. The rail and drilling scheme was very simple. Everything is perfectly matched. The hardest part of this whole process was putting washers and nuts on the bolts and tightening them due to lack of space. There is very, very little space to work, especially since we didn't have a lift. Also, I put the bracket's screws into the pre-drilled holes from the outside, but we screwed the screws in as well. I'm not sure if you need 4 screws on each bracket to attach them to the frame, but we did it anyway. Some people only put in two outer screws. Use the included cables and this is not a problem. It doesn't work without a wire. We tried endlessly until we realized we needed a wire. Another video on YouTube before the start. This work took about 6 hours in total. If we had watched the video beforehand, we could easily have let 2-3 hours pass. Brent
